Admissions Schedule

Q: What documentation do I need to provide when registering my child at ISI?

A: A copy of the following documents must be submitted to the School Registrar:

1. Birth certificate

2. Updated immunization record

3. Most recent report cards (2 years)

 

Q: Will my child's application be processed if I do not have all the documentation?

A: Applications will be rejected if there are missing documents and incomplete application forms.

 

Q: Can I just provide a copy of the previous school record request form?

A: The previous school record request form does not satisfy school records requirement. Parents must submit previous school records along with the completed enrollment application form.

 

Admission testing dates: To accommodate most of students/parents time, the testing dates are set on the following Saturdays:

February 25, 2013 through March 1, 2013

March 4, 2013 through March 8, 2013

New Students

Early Registration Starts March 18 - May 10 , 2013

- Complete Placement Test / Evaluation

- Early Childhood interview with Parents may be required

NOTE: For your application to be accepted, all Registration, Resource and Materials Fee must be submitted with the application. The Registration Processing Fee is non-refundable. The resource and material fees are refundable up to 50% by July 1st. After July 1st, the RBM fees will not be refunded. 

 

Payment Schedule Options (A late fee of $25 will apply for all overdue payments)

OPTION A:

OPTION B:
3 Equal Payments
Payment 1 due on or before August 1st, 2013
Payment 2 due on or before November 1st, 2013
Payment 3 due on or before February 1st, 2014
OPTION C:
10 Equal Payments
Payment 1 due on or before August 1st, 2013
The remaining 9 payments are due on the 1st of each month from September 1st, 2013 to May 1st, 2014

Resource and Materials Fee: Resource and Material Fees are the following but not limited to paper work, copies, certificates, office supplies, consumable workbooks, basic teacher office supplies (staples, rubber bands, paperclips etc.) educational resources, refill of hands-on activities supplies, IOWA and STAAR and TAKS testing fees, school newsletter, report cards, Student Council Organization, school events, student in school activities and internet subscriptions.

The resource and material fees are refundable up to 50% by July 1st. After July 1st, the RBM fees will not be refunded.
